Jerry Lewis

Chief Executive Officer & President

Jerry brings three decades of experience across land development, real estate, digital strategy, and enterprise transformation. His career has centered on helping organizations evolve with clarity and purpose — a discipline he now applies to strengthening the perimeter, access, and security infrastructure of homes and estates across the region.

Owning and operating a company rooted in community has been a lifelong goal. At Perimeter, Jerry sees a long runway for disciplined growth: expanding service capabilities, and elevating craftsmanship. His focus is simple — support the team, exceed client expectations, and build a company worthy of its heritage.

Jerry is a frequent speaker and writer on leadership and transformation. He lives in Ridgefield, CT with his wife and family. Aside from growing companies, his passions include Reading, Fly Fishing, Skiing, Golf, Tennis, and Pickleball.

Robert Kaye

President, Riverside Fence

Robert has spent nearly two decades building Riverside Fence into one of the region’s most respected residential fencing companies — a two-time Inc. 5000 honoree recognized for craftsmanship, integrity, and steady growth. Under his leadership, Riverside expanded into high-end custom wood fencing, acquired Silvestri Fencing, and became a trusted partner to homeowners, builders, and landscape architects across Fairfield and Westchester counties.

A lifelong entrepreneur, Robert has founded and operated several successful companies across retail, agriculture, and hospitality. That breadth gives him a grounded, operational perspective that strengthens Perimeter’s regional leadership.

Robert lives in Redding, CT and remains deeply connected to the communities he serves.

Andrew Shields

Vice President & Chief Operating Officer

Andrew brings 15 years of operating experience across asset-heavy industries with a background spanning engineering, finance, transportation, metals fabrication, and strategy consulting. He’s at his best building systems, developing teams, and aligning people and process to deliver dependable performance.

With degrees in civil engineering and business, Andrew’s work has always blended physical projects with organizational execution. At Perimeter, he oversees daily operations, scaling capacity, and ensuring each brand delivers with the precision and reliability clients expect.

Andrew lives in Chappaqua with his wife and two daughters.

Travis Everton

Board Director, Perimeter Holdings USA

Travis is an experienced CEO, investor, and board member with a deep track record in field services, facilities management, and lower-middle-market growth. He previously served as CEO of Performance Systems Integration, scaling the company more than tenfold through disciplined operations, acquisitive growth, and strong team development.

His background spans private equity, search fund entrepreneurship, and advising service-based businesses nationwide. At Perimeter, he provides strategic oversight, operational rigor, and a proven framework for responsible expansion.
